So excited to see my week off from fried food made a difference in the weight area. Encouragement to continue! But this weekend I really went off farm and bad habits followed me into Monday morning. However, this is because I am not well! Have to eat filling meals to take meds.
So has of lunch time I am back to my no starch, no fried, no eating after 6pm! Gotta keep the day calories below 1000!
