good luck with that . my partner is the same as u. I have been trying to build him up for years it's taken around 7 years for him to put a stone and a half on. he's 6'and weighs 11 half st now so it can be done in the meantime I've put on weight and didn't want to 😂

I've been trying for years too....i can put on or loose a stone in less than a week sometimes which my doctor said was impossible lol....its keeping it on once it's there is the problem for me so well done to him and you for helping him with it
