Day 33 I had a very successful day with a 730 calorie deficit and a nice run. Even though I have ran five times already this week and totalled 56km my pace is has stayed good. I will probably run again today - Some yellow shorts have just arrived so I can now run in proper Ukraine colours. The weather looks a bit meh - perfect for running.
