I was 169kg a few years back, changed to healthy eating and went down to 107kgs. Got diagnosed with heart failure and atrial fibrillation and diabetes and went back up to 134. Now 125 plus temporary fluid buildup and determined to get below the 100 😁

I pigged out over Christmas, gained 2 kg took till February to lose it. Its OK to lose your focus now and again.
Just focus on eating healthy ,one day at a time
