Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!
Wow, down again! Talk about surprised! Woo hoo! 💃🌞 I think I’ve made the scale happy by bringing it along. 🤣 But, I have been really watching what I eat. I still haven’t logged my food … shame on me! I’m almost at my low which was 141.2 … I think, but will look when done with the journal. I cut up a lot of veggies, i.e., celery, cucumbers, red pepper, carrots and green onions, and brought to munch on. I also brought hard boiled eggs. So, I’m trying to be good! Plus going for walks. This park is too Sandy for bike riding but the Spring is gorgeous. But, I love looking at water! I actually got in the 72 degree water up to my knees! Found some Auger Shells that I will take to my niece…she may like to make a necklace or bracelet.
Today is a travel day but only about 125 miles to a Georgia State Park.
