OK...so it worked out...I stayed the same weight, even without walking :) It was a good break..and hopefully my walking today, tomorrow, Sunday and Monday, plus all the walking I'll do in Philly on Wed-Fri, will help me lose more weight....even though I do plan to enjoy the amazing food scene in Philly *LOL*
My mom wanted me to go to Applebee's with her and my dad, since Applebee's has the 550 calorie and under menu...I changed her mind when I pointed out the insane amount of sodium in all their dishes...Instead, we're gonna go to a local independently owned restaurant which has wonderful food, all prepared from scratch :) http://www.smokiestavern.com/
