I'm down one more pound. Yesterday I had tilapia for dinner again. I ate really well all day but I did have one of the peanut butter pie dessert servings from this website. It was delicious, and I'm so glad it didn't prevent me from losing weight! :) I still haven't been working out though. I'm having a rough time getting motivated. I get home from work turn on the TV and get sucked into HGTV because I'm trying to buy my first home and they have so many good tips! I walk my dog and I take 5 flights of stairs every morning instead of the elevator, but I know that's not enough.
My future sister in law's bachelorette party is this weekend (Saturday night) so I'm concerned about how I can eat healthy at the restaurant. I think I'm going to have some veggies and almonds beforehand so I at least won't eat as much of the bad stuff. My goal is to have 2 glasses of wine, tops.
