ul be even more shocked in a month or 2. there's no time like now to start. start with small changes. flour for oats flour, white bread for low gi seeded, baked potato instead of fries. drink water or tea or coffee if u think u hungry and then decide after that if it was real hunger or the binge eating calling out, dont eat more than ur body needs. try it and hopefully ul have a good surprise in a month or 2. good luck
