After a 2 week holiday, this is the result. I've gained so much weight that I'm almost back to my highest.

Well, once again (for the 200th time), I'm going to start fresh. If I were to be honest, it's been a long time since I genuinely tried to put in effort to lose weight.

I say that I'm trying, but the reality is that I log like half the day's calories, then I wander off and eat crisps and ice cream. Somehow, I'm still shocked when I weigh the same or I've gained. Like I don't know perfectly well what I'm doing to myself!

I'm really tired of being fat though. Physically and emotionally it's wearing me down and I've had enough. I do think it's time for a change!

I've said this time and time before, but I feel like this time I'm really at the end of my rope. So, wish me luck as I restart AGAIN!
