So, last week I started drinking a lot of water, about 2.5 to 3 litres a day, I've been cleaning up slightly in terms of diet and reducing salt. I've dropped significantly but I know that it's not fat loss or weight loss, it's just water weight 😂
Fun Fact... drinking 3% of your body in water helps you lose water weight.
