Here we go again! The scale has gone up a little...time to work a little harder---STARTING TONIGHT! Hubby keeps saying "You don't need to lose any more weight"...WHATEVER! LOL...I have to do what's right for me because I don't want to have the same co-morbidities my maternal side of the family have (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes). I have to do what I feel is best....I thank GOD that my director is a registered dietitian. I have really listened to the advice she gives our bariatric patients and it WORKS! Love you all and God help me, I will hit it hard and get back on that weight training
