I am beyond excited to see the scale drop 2 lbs since Saturday! I was getting really frustrated being stuck at a plateau, but I've finally broken through it, it seems! I treated myself to some new protein powder flavors, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and Iced Cappuccino that arrived yesterday and the flavors are heavenly! Pumpkin Spice anything is a weakness for me during the fall season, so to be able to enjoy it and not feel guilty about it makes me so happy. I finish my workout and I get to indulge in my favorite flavor! So rewarding! Make today a great day everyone!
