Oh my gosh, it’s amazing when you start seeing the results of your hard work. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s so worth it. The way a healthy lifestyle make me feel… I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I suffer from hypothyroidism, and since starting to live a healthier lifestyle I believe it has helped my thyroid a lot.
