My weight is going up and down. Down below 210 then up above 210. It would be driving me crazy but it isn't. All it does is make sure I am following Atkins to the letter. It probably will take fasting to break this. All those so called experts who say it isn't how much you eat it is how much, are liars. I blame the inhaled steroid I take -- at least partly. And if I exercise the least bit hard, the next day my muscles hang on to water to help heal. This morning I took two water pills, as they are prescribed. Let's see tomorrow...
