I guess I over did it a bit for Thanksgiving. I didn't get a chance to weigh in Thursday when I was down to 265.8, so my chart doesn't look as bad as it should.
I hope I made up for it a little today with -225 calories on the treadmill and only ate approx. 1269 calories all day.
I have a stress test coming up Monday morning for my heart so I really don't want to over do the tread mill at the moment, but I figured I needed to do something for the extra food I ate yesterday.
