Don't give up doll!! Just by looking at your breakfast from Wednesday, I can tell you that the milk has to go during induction. If you absolutely have to have it, do NOT do reduced fat, rather, go for the vitamin D as it has fewer carbs. Better yet, try almond milk. It has 7 net carbs for 1 cup and all in all, doesn't taste bad. Milk is a no no on during the Induction phase. I have been going up and down with my weight all week long and when I went back and read my book (as I affectionately refer to as my bible) I realized that almonds and strawberries are not on the acceptable foods list even though they are relatively low in net carbs.
