Dziennik Sedentary Type 2, 16 lut 23

I have finally gotten back to 158, and am working on losing another 3 or 4 lbs before March 22 appointment. Blood pressure has been up, and blood sugar had been, but after about three days of really sticking to what I should eat, it's down close to 100 when I get up and near 77 before lunch and dinner. Taking an extra 25 mg of atenolol and that has really helped. Not light- headed or dizzy as I would be if it were too much. Running about 114/62 which is still high for me, but if I get the rest of my recent gains off, and weight close to 142 to 138, I won't need as much blood pressure medication. Weight and high blood pressure go hand in hand for many of us and so far this has held true for me although I understand that age makes a difference.
