Hello All, I am still here how's everyone? I was in Hastings last week and put on 2.5 lbs in 2 days. So yet again starting over, this is my life. When I was young I weighed 7.5 stone now I am somewhere between 8.10 to 9.2 stone this is ridiculous 😒. But being nearly 65 years old one expects to weigh up. Nature is odd everyone is so different. I am watching a Freddy Mercury tribute with the very best David Bowie sadly missed too and Annie Lennox. It's torn between sad and happy songs and memories. Thank goodness tomorrow is Sunday. Mine weigh-in day. I hope you all do especially well and get the weight results you are all aiming for. Good luck Everyone. Merry Mel 🤩

My son took me to the David Bowie Moonage daydream at the pictures a few months ago.Great. I ll be 65 this year.How I’ve got that old I do not know. This’ll be the last chance I’ll have to get down to a decent weight. I find it encouraging to be able to chat with likeminded folk.
