Things have definitely slowed down a smidge, but that’s not unexpected. Trying not to get too much in my head about it and just keep focused.
Non-scale victories: - Been aiming a bit higher with the daily steps from 10k goal to a 13k goal. - Clothes are starting to fit a tiny bit better. - I am starting to see some small changes in arms, chest & tummy.
Tonight is measurements night. Quite keen to see how that goes. 🤞🏼
