I might just log my weight once a week. I notice during the week it teeter totters. I even dropped more, but I think it’s based on how the week is going. I’m satisfied that it hasn’t increased. Recently did blood work to check hormones and will meet to go over it tomorrow. I look forward to seeing what’s up with that. I definitely believe since surgery my hormones have not been ok and has affected this weight issue. I recently bought two books Liver Detox and Cleanse to Heal. It talks about how much toxins can be in our bodies that creates a lot of health imbalances - hormone, moods, gut, etc. I plan on incorporating this in my life style changes. I love being active and doing things. Lifting heavier and increasing weights this week makes me happy. I’ve yet to start swimming like before, but I’ll try this week. I’m alive to keep trying and TBH I’m grateful I’m not 340lbs. Perspective is important in this journey called life.
