stress level- 2/10 || im going to start reporting stress level cuz i occasionally go thru and reread journals to see patterns.
Yesterday i had a bout of anxiety and vomited violently after dinner- had a snack at 1am and watched a movie until 3a... definitely not typical but with Ostara morning (...Easter to most, i was raised with the Greek Gods. Now, im a Norse Pagan) i didnt do measurements, I'll do them tomorrow before we travel to Nebraska.
