it's been 3 weeks away from the scales and an emotional few weeks but I don't want to use that as an excuse because I knew I was eating crap and just couldn't stop between emotions and boredom, they won the day, for a few weeks. but I'm back , I have to try and succeed at this but it's getting through a day at a time and not looking to far ahead.
