Dziennik fitforever, 20 lip 11

can't lie. i'm so frustrated with my progress. i suppose that's why i slacked so badly on the weekend. i have to be realistic, my cycle is influencing me too...craving sweets in a crazy way. and cheese...what's that about. all i know is it's high calorie, high fat food that i have no trouble ignoring for the 1st two weeks. so, i'm upset that my weight isn't going down. upset that my period is coming. upset that it doesn't look likely that i'm going to make my goal in the challenge i have with my husband. i don't deal with failure too well. makes me want to give up. but i know i have to keep pushing. i'm almost begging for support and encouragement...cause it's upsetting. this week will be better, but i need some incentive to stay the course, because the scale isn't giving me the affirmation that i need.

Never ever give up! You got this, I know it's hard, it's hard for everyone. Stay strong. Think how happy and proud you'll be if you reach your goal. It's okay to hit a bad spot every now and then, you can always get back on track, and that's all you need to do. And you WILL do it, I know YOU CAN. Keep working on it. It'll get easier the harder you try, I promise!

Thanks for the encouragement. I need it! my emotions change incessantly...sometimes i'm happy about my progress and sometimes, i'm downright frustrated.
