I gained weight, but it's not discouraging really. I thought the last drop was a bit much and I am still going down, I think I am going to add some more activity, I've been on the 100 pushup program for three weeks, now and I know my muscles are improving, I'm hoping that I'm going at a slow enough pace so that I don't lose much if any muscle, I'm actually trying to gain a little bit, but it's hard with low cal. I am going on. Next week here I come.
