I said I wasn’t going to weigh myself but curiosity killed this cat. 😂 It’s been 3 weeks of IF 16:8 keto. Originally at the beginning of this month I was 265lbs. I figured about 5lbs was water and stress during that time of the month so I said “260lbs seemed right.”

I’m starting to get to that phase where I’m not hungry and having to make myself eat something because I don’t want to pass out while working. The other day we both had a good helping of cauliflower mac and cheese and some grilled blackened chicken strips. I had a zucchini left so I sliced it and put it on the grill as well. When I talked to TJ at work yesterday he said he hadn’t eaten yet and really wasn’t hungry either.

I’m not sure how much he’s lost. My scale only goes up to 350lbs and we won’t know about him til he goes to his dr appointment on Wednesday. We’re going to talk about his hip surgery procedure. He’s on 37. Far too young for a hip replacement is what they told us, but definitely needs surgery.
