My plateau last for about 7-10days and for breaking plateau you can eat more or less calories from your daily intake or burn more calories while doing cardio/weight training(if you go to the gym) and also i frequently take break from my diet on every Sunday (cheat day) and I eat around 3-4k calories on that day and basically twice a week I eat different amount of calorie than my diet
