Well this is a little disappointing! the scale hasn't moved in a week.
I didn't indulge in holiday goodies or big meals. Everything was is the same as any other day plus I exercise more than previous weeks! That's disappointing! Maybe I'm building muscle? idk Arrggg!

I do hold on to some water when I exercise. especially if it is hard exercise. And if I have a off exercise day I lose the next day

I hope that's all it is! I'm so disappointed. I've been consistently losing every week (except Thanksgiving but only 0.6 up) I watch all the people talk about the science of weight loss but it's all foreign to me. I'll just keep plugging away!

I think there may be a science but there are too many factors for us normal people. we get it within the ballpark but not right on the nose

It's just a pause while your body realigns itself. Usually when I stall or drop less than usual in a week, I have what I call a whoosh and it comes off in spades the following week. Your body fights you losing weight, it likes homeostasis so sometimes it's hanging onto the weight with everything it's got....you keep going, it gives up and lets go.
