My weight is outrageous..... I haven't been this big since I was pregnant. I finally feel better after our house passed around different illnesses since the beginning of Nov. I am back to being committed to my workouts and WOE (as little processing of food as possible and more plant based; but I don't think I will ever be vegan because I just don't know if I can give up certain things in my lifestyle but never say never right). I was able to quit smoking but still vaping (that is also a work in progress). Starting to adjust to a healthier lifestyle is my goal now. I have myself 1 year and 5 months to get back in shape and I currently am sitting at 11 months and 25 days.
