206Lbs 26.5 BMI, I'm on week two at the gym, I'm slow on the scale but my BMI is going down it was at 29% a couple months ago, so even though it's just an estimate, calculated out it is about 8 lbs of muscle growth and 8 lbs of fat loss. I can feel my muscle mass increasing, I wasn't really sure what to expect with such a low cal diet and muscle growth.
