I still have a long way to go. Yesterday, I marked 4 weeks on this journey, and I've lost 5 cm around my waist and 2 cm around my stomach 😊 small but significant. The biggest win for me was that before, I did not enjoy the gym and especially did not enjoy going alone. I now find myself planning workouts and enjoying the gym alone! Yay!! Here's to more change in Feb ❤️
