I was looking at your food diary and you might be eating too many calories each day. If you follow the FatSecret amount, it is always too high for most people to lose. I bet if you consistently eat 1800 calories or less every day, you will see some loss. You also may want to look at the carbohydrates too - they are pretty high as well. Maybe aim for 150grams per day. Good Luck, my friend!
