Dziennik Sedentary Type 2, 17 mar 24

my journal entry from the day I hit 170, last Wednesday, has disappeared. However the old tried and true, meal planning, writing down calories before eating, taking blood sugar before eating, and lessening sedentary time has resulted in four lb loss in just a few days. My goal is 148. This is still above the recommended weight but it is a comfortable weight and one I feel I can maintain with reasonable care. The weight gain has meant muscular and joint pain is starting up as it does from too much carbohydrate and too many calories. Hopefully these symptoms will ease up over the next few weeks.
