Greetings: There was a period when I was working out regularly and logging my food - but not losing weight. Once I researched and changed my nutrition plan, I saw movement immediately. Perhaps look at your percentages of fat, protein and carbs, log your food daily, and keep the calorie count reasonable at maybe 1400-1500 per day. I eat less but my metabolism is slow as I have thyroid.
