up/down/up/down, yup the roller coaster ride is an Adventure! I'm doing ok, just tired and not motivated. My stupid IT box (scale) is crazy. I really would like to get a normal old fashioned doctors weight scale. I don't think these electronic things are actuate and they (at least mine) is not consistent. Oh well, at least my clothes fit better, but I do feel I am at a stand still. I know I need to get motivated and exercise, but not today.
