i’m stuck 😭😭 weights, cardio, protein shakes, vegetables, a few sweet coffees and two sandwiches this week, but still in general my diet was so good 😭don’t think it can be water and i don’t feel bloated.. scientists should study me, trying so hard for nothing lol 🥲 a few years ago i had a worse diet and weighed 50 kg howwww take me back

Hi"Almost Skinny Mary". There are a few reasons why you are stuck. Number 1: are you eating 'enough' calories to keep your metabolism running? Number 2: you might have reached a 'plateau' ... this is what happens when you have been on a diet for a long time and your body gets used to the lower intake of calories ..
you perhaps need to increase your calories for a short while and see what happens. Number 3: the last half a stone to lose is always (without fail) the most annoying, frustrating and slowest few lbs to lose 😑

it'll pass, try out making a change to or dropping some part of your routine- diet, exercise and so on. Bodies get used to the same and plateau at that level.

thank you for your feedback guys, really appreciate it 🫶🏻 i was also told to start doing weights 3 times a week instead of 2 so that i don’t lose gained muscles during my cardio classes 💪🏻 let’s see if that works
