Dziennik notelaine, 19 sie 15

Well, I expected this. Better than gaining I suppose. Didn't battle the carb cravings wells this week. Thought I could get a handle on it by having some brown rice with my meals, but that seems to have helped bring on the bingy behavior. So, looks like my carbs just need to come from veggies alone. Looking to get back on track this week.

Definitely better than a gain. It's always good to experiment and find out your limits. You'll be back on track in no time.

Even people who have been working at weight loss for years and seem to have it down to a science are constantly evaluating and tweaking their diets. It's a constantly changing process. No harm, no foul :)

I agree - you tried it and learned something important, you will regroup and try something new. It is funny, I cannot eat rice without getting cravings - but i can have some sweet potato from time to time and I am OK, it is a glycemic index thing I suppose.
