making progress ❤️ I've been counting my calories on another app. been eating less than 1500 cals. no more than 40 grams carbs per meal. up to 30carbs per snack. aiming for over 80 grams of protein per day. Because insulin resistance is part of PCOS it was recommended to me to watch my sugar/carbs per meal. I definitely notice now when I consume too much sugar, it makes me feel sick. probably because of the metformin though.

I wish I could handle that may carbs. Doctor says no. I used to get 150gms of net carbs a day and then he reduced it to 125gms of net carbs a day and now I am supposed to be 100 or below and seldom am.

It's definitely tough. I've been getting over 100 grams a day but it fluctuates on how much. If I consume too much in one sitting it makes me crave more and I feel sick. Makes no sense lol
