My skin has become very thin after significant weight loss. Normally a scratch would not bleed as such but one has to be mindful as a little scratch bleeds a little more than in the past. Energy is very good. Cognitively I need to work more on quality foods to feed my brain. Everything is extremely important as to curb hunger and anxieties. It’s a whole new body and it feels flippen amazing!

Hi Silvergirl, I don't know what supporting strategies you have for the significant fat loss you've experienced, if I may make a suggestion: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and support its elasticity. Consume a diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins (particularly A, C, and E), and minerals that support skin health. Foods high in collagen, like bone broth or those containing amino acids, can also be beneficial. A collagen supplement, may help improve skin elasticity and hydration. Moisturizers and creams that contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides, and retinoids to improve skin texture and elasticity. Strength training exercises to build muscle mass, which can help support the skin and improve overall body composition, this one is great for getting rid of loose skin. These strategies will help to mitigate thin skin. As for cognition, on the macro side carbs are awesome, some Omega 3 EPA-DHA caps, for micronutrients a Multivitamin really goes a long way.
