A small treat today of two home-made cappuccinos, of which I've only had five this year, with a teaspoon of sugar in each and two vanilla cream biscuits. I don't care because I'm still within my RDI calorie estimate. I was going to make chips in my home-made tallow tonight, but that can wait for another day. I can wear my 32 Levi's, non-stretch, with comfort. The imaginary champagne bottles are popping!
