Slight weight gain, and swollen joints this morning. The only culprit can be the sweet potato eaten last night. I suspect the oxalate in the sweet potato are inflammatory. Not worth it I don't feel my normal chirpy self when in ketosis. The veggies knocked me out. I must also check that the restaurant didn't add bad stiff to their lemon butter sauce. Sometimes they add corn flower or wheat which will have the same effect on me. This bad result never happens when I eat at home.
