I was surprized to see the little loss this a.m. but I sure was glad. This going up & down is for the birds. How is everybody else doing ? I ordered that Atkins Cookbook. I was not happy with it at all. Too much cooking, I guess and to much stuff I didn't like. It was only 10.00 with S.& F. Let's all continue to do good.God bless, dharper 1

Reina, You may like the book. I only found 1 recipe that I might cook. I like short recipes and quick ones. I don't do a lot of cooking anymore. I fix quick stuff!!(lazy maybe) dharper

I saw a bunch of low-carb cookbooks at a garage sale this weekend... but I flipped through them, and I think I find better recipes online!
