Day 3 of Phase 1 - today is going well, and (knock wood) my headache is gone. I guess I'd forgotten that I was laid low the first time around, so it took me by surprise. Hopefully the weight will come off in the same way it did for me the first time, too. It's amazing how much I want sweets all over again, though. Too bad I couldn't just bypass those cravings! It will be worth everything to get down (finally) to my goal.
