Wow, a big drop. A good start to the month.
Let's see how October progresses. In a year and a half, I've dropped more than 195 lbs, so I'm quite happy about that. My approach to life is different. A person I haven't seen in several years phoned me yesterday and told me I sounded younger. I was worried, frankly, that I sounded too brusque.

Morning buddy. I've been a 'bad girl' - lol. Sigh. So came here for some motivation from peeps like yourself who seem so solid. I do hate when I fall off the wagon, 'cause I know its stupid. Glad you also sound younger, amazing how much in your life has changed. What does your wife think of the new, younger, svelte you?

My wife's very supportive. She's lost a bit of weight -- about 30 pounds -- herself. It's been something of a jolt moving from being lighter to being heavier than me. She comes along to the gym and exercises.
It has been a fascinating journey so far.

You are doing so fantastically well no wonder you sound younger just having a lot more confidence in yourself shows in your voice on the phone you have so much more energy. It must be hard for you to believe you are where you are. So nice to hear your wife is supportive and you have helped her to lose weight and get fit as well. Don't forget we don't lose as easily as you do.....so be kind to her.......I am sure you are but just a reminder :)

Gail has weight loss objectives of her own, but is less driven than I was to reach them; she also has a lot less to lose. I'm certainly not going to nag her about them. Thanks, Coco. The goal is still months away, but it feels very different from when I started that's for sure.
