Great stuff Nopsi, keep it up...just keep pushing even when you don't see the scale moving in the right direction(I know its easier said than done). not sure what your diet plan and exercise regime are like...but just keep at it and keep consistent. Sometimes you might not see a change on the scale but remember that you could be losing cms and/or getting fitter.

Dont give up Nopis go and look at my profile and look what happens when you give up it just takes so much longer and its just a waste of time in the long run

Thank you so much nicki225. I did give up there for a moment. I was working out twice a day and instead o losing i actually gained weight. I was so depressed. But i pushed on. I have decided not to focus too much on the scale now. Thank you so much for your support.

Oh my goodness!! Saige18 you have lost 30kgs??? oh wow well done congratulations!!! hard work pays off!! well done. It is not an easy road at all
