It's been a long time (years actually) since I felt such determination. Wanting to change my life style. obviously of the years I have dieted. But on the 22nd of February 2016... a switch flicked and I decided to make some changes, positive ones. Healthy eating and physical exercise. Swimming 3 x week, Taekwondo 2 x week, Salsa 2 x week. I know what a mixture. Early days but want to stick at it. Am 47, but feel younger. I know our minds don't age as quick as our bodies do. Well wish me luck. :-)
