Danny at MMC yesterday. Toast and jam and coffee...a banana too. Starved all day. Bought baked chicken at Albertson's and jicama. At a thigh and a breast. Wanted snacks (sweets) but said no to that til I went to bed. Woke up to 142 pounds today! I need to starve more and then exercise for SURE.
