You need to find your motivation. Buy a work out outfit. Try a workout dvd at home. Join a gym or take a new exercise class. Buys some fitness magazines and read them for motivation. There's one on the shelf now called "Off the Couch" which has a lot of good motivational articles and a sample diet plan on eating healthy. Be proactive about your health. Good luck!
