Happy Saturday FS!!
It is an amazing day! I jumped on Snarly ...have I tamed the beast? My weight was down. I am elated and on top of the world. What a wonderful way to start the weekend and to provide incentive for the week.
I did awesome with my challenges yesterday I think. Southern Thanksgiving and southern cooking. Most everyone raved how awesome it was. I was surprised that it was too heavy or greasy for me. It was so hard to determine calorie content as the turkey was laden with gravy that I tried to scrape off. The green beans were cooked with bacon and potaoes. I picked out the potatoes. I enjoyed the conversation. I passed on the balance of the food including dessert. Ate my tangerine before I left for Breaking Dawn. Saving my indulgence day for my family Thanksgiving. ;-) I won't be as good. I still haven't had any wine. ;-) I may wait until Thanksgiving for my wine. No promises there.

It's a downhill slope, your weight chart! You are doing fabulous! How was the movie, I'm waiting a couple weeks to see it when the theatres aren't so full. Keep up the excellent work, you are an inspiration! :-)

I enjoyed the movie ... I was with 10 other folks and we fed off each other ... Not literally but excitement ;-) ... Quite contagious! we were all ages from teens to me, I think I was the oldest but some in their 50s, 40s, 30s. Make sure you stay through the credits. ;-) Thanks Sharon and Queen! I am bound and determined to do this weight loss thing! I'm so glad you are on the band wagon with me! Because we are going to get to our goal!!
