Seems if I try and eat within the above I am back on the losing track.
I have joined the challenge "All about the aqua intake" as I dont drink a litre of water a day and this will set me on the right track too. Jenn

I heard that at a minimum we need at least 2 liters a day just to function right and even more if we are doing some form of physical activity. Hope it works out anyhow :)

I heard that too ON2IT, but as it is I only drink a glass of water and the rest is coffee, so I will ease myself into it with one litre a day in the challenge and then try for two a day.

Its interesting how the make up of the calories really does alter the bodies response. Coffee is my passion. It helps me do bigger workouts. I use the high protein milk in mine.
