I fasted for 22 hours. I felt some shortage in my energy and cut my walk a bit shorter yesterday. The previous meal was very low in energy and I need a few other days to get into deep ketosis. I succeeded to prepare a more satiating and filling meal last evening. A meal around 800 KCAL seems to be the sweet spot. I've been eating at 19:00 for two days and it seems to lower the quality of my sleep. I'll shift my eating window to 15:00-17:00 today. And have a walk after it.
